User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the relationship between sole proprietor Yuri Evgenyevich Peklich (Mapbiz Group or the Administration) and each user of the Mapbiz Group website. The website is not a mass-media outlet. By using the website, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Rights and obligations

Users may search for and receive information, reproduce it with attribution or with the Administration’s permission, and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Administration may create, amend or revoke rules; restrict access to information; create, edit or delete content and accounts; and refuse registration without giving reasons.

Users must not interfere with the website or use scripts and automated tools to collect information or interact with the website and its services.

The Administration will maintain the website except where this is impossible for reasons outside its control.

Liability

The Administration is not liable for services provided by third parties. In force-majeure circumstances, including hostilities, emergencies and natural disasters, it does not guarantee the preservation of user information or uninterrupted operation of the website.

Term and amendments

This Agreement takes effect whenever the website is used and remains effective until a new version is published. The Administration may amend it unilaterally and is not required to notify users separately.
