Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy has been prepared under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. It explains how sole proprietor Yu. E. Peklich (the Operator) processes and protects personal data received from visitors to https://mapbiz-group.com/. Protecting privacy and personal and family confidentiality is a core condition of the Operator’s activities.

2. Key terms

Automated processing means processing with computer technology. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable person. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. The website is the collection of materials, software and databases available at mapbiz-group.com.

3. Rights and obligations

The Operator may receive accurate information and documents from a data subject and continue processing without consent where the law permits. It must provide information about processing, organise lawful processing, respond to requests, protect data, stop unlawful processing and destroy data where required.

4. Personal data processed

The Operator may process a user’s name, email address, telephone number and anonymised visitor data collected through cookies and analytics services. Special-category and biometric personal data are not intentionally processed through the website.

5. Processing principles

Processing is lawful, fair, limited to specific purposes, proportionate to those purposes, accurate and no longer than necessary. Databases created for incompatible purposes are not combined.

6. Purposes

Data is processed to communicate with users, respond to requests, provide access to website services and materials, improve the website, and send relevant information where consent or another lawful basis exists. Users may opt out of communications by emailing mapbiz@yandex.ru.

7. Legal grounds

The Operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer where lawful, anonymise, block, delete and destroy personal data using automated, non-automated or mixed methods over information and telecommunications networks.

10. Cross-border transfer

Before transferring data abroad, the Operator determines whether the destination provides adequate protection and otherwise obtains the required consent or uses another lawful basis.

11. Confidentiality

The Operator and other persons with access to personal data must not disclose or distribute it without consent unless federal law provides otherwise.
